Annular cutter

Annular cutter (also known as core drill, hollow drill, hole drill), its standard name is multi blade annular cutter. It adopts the form of multi blade annular cutting. The drill bit only cuts the annular part of the outer diameter of the hole without cutting the middle part, which greatly improves the drilling efficiency. In combination with the magnetic base drill, it can achieve on-site drilling operations at any time. Compared with the ordinary twist drill, it is more efficient and cutting is light and fast. The drilling diameter ranges from 12mm to 150mm, with depths ranging from 25mm, 35mm, 50mm, 75mm, 100mm, 150mm, 200mm, etc. It is suitable for drilling holes in engineering, rail transit, bridges, ships, mechanical manufacturing, aerospace and other fields, and is the preferred tool for modern steel component drilling and circular groove processing.

There are two main types of multi blade annular cutter based on their materials: one is high-speed steel annular cutter, and the other is TCT annular cutter. High speed steel annular cutters have good stability and wear resistance, and are currently the main series of applications; The TCT annular cutter has a high cutting speed and can excellently complete drilling operations on complex materials.
